摘要
对于冲压工艺中常见的带孔拉延进行变形趋向的理论分析,根据产品零件计算变形孔的临界值,结合实际生产对厚料拉延底孔变形与薄料拉延进行比较,并对此进行试验研究。本文试验研究的结果在实际生产中得到验证与应用,可直接用于工艺计算。
Analyzed the common deformation tendency of pierced-drawing technique in sheet metal forming and according to the critical value of the deformation piercing calculated from the actual parts, compared the deformation of bottom piercing in thick metal sheet with the one in thin metal sheet, and conducted relative research. The result of the research has been tested in practical production and could be used in process calculation.
