冬春季不同淹涝胁迫强度对桑苗和桑树生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以农桑14号、强桑1号桑苗和2年生盆栽桑为试验材料,研究在冬春季以不同程度淹涝胁迫不同时间后对其长势的影响;同时对比调查了22个桑品种经冬春季淹水处理后与历年春叶产量的变化。结果表明:①桑苗完全淹入水中至开叶初期,不能发芽而死亡;全淹至开叶前结束,随着淹水时间延长,发芽生长明显迟缓。②苗根淹水和苗干一半淹水,最长经过90d(淹至开叶后30d)仍能发芽生长。③强桑1号对淹涝胁迫的耐受力略优于农桑14号。④2年生盆栽桑耐涝能力略强于桑苗。⑤冬春季长达108d(1月15日~5月1日)的根部淹涝对成林桑园春叶产量有一定影响,但对桑树成活和长势无明显差异。 The effects of different submergence stresses from winter to spring on the growth of one and two-year old saplings of mulberry varieties Nongsang 14 and Qiangsang 1 were investigated. The result showed that, saplings completely submerged (CS) until the early leaf expanding period didn't sprout and died. Saplings submerged completely before the leaf expanding period sprouted more slowly with the increase of submergence time. When roots submerged (RS) or roots and half stem submerged (HS) for at most 90 days until 30days after leaf expanding, the saplings could sprout and grow. The submergence tolerance ability of Qiangsang 1 was a little stronger than Nongsang 14. And the submergence tolerance ability of two-year old saplings was a little stronger than one-year old ones. Spring leaf yield of 22 varieties submerged from winter to spring were also investigated. The results showed that, 108 days submergence of root from winter to spring, 15th Jan to 1st May, would affect the spring leaf yield to some extend, but had no significant affection on the survival and growth of mulberry trees.
