石英尾矿二氧化硅微球化工提纯工艺的初步研究

摘要 以无机硫酸-有机草酸混酸处理石英尾矿二氧化硅微球,其比例为98%浓硫酸∶0.1 mol/L草酸=0.1(体积比),反应温度55℃,反应时间为18 h,料液比为0.5 g/mL,其纯度最高可达99.98%;酸处理剂价格很低,处理条件较温和,为石英尾矿二氧化硅微球工业化提供一定的参考。 Inorganic sulfuric acid-organic citric acid was used as acid treatment agent to treat silicon dioxide from quartz tailings.The results showed that the ratio of sulfuric acid 98%/0.1 mol/L citric acid 0.1(v/v),reaction temperature 55 ℃,reaction time 18 h,solid-liquid ratio 0.5 g/mL,the highest purity of silicon dioxide was 99.98%,the price of acid treatment agent was low,the condition of reaction was moderate.The experiment provided a rewarding experience of silica microspheres industrialization.
