摘要
对改性花生壳处理含Cr6+废水进行了研究,考察了吸附时间、改性花生壳投加量、pH值、Cr6+溶液初始浓度对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明,在吸附时间为100 min,改性花生壳投加量为5.0 g/L,pH值为2.0,Cr6+溶液初始浓度为25 mg/L,常温的条件下,硝酸改性花生壳比磷酸改性花生壳吸附效果好,硝酸改性花生壳吸附率达到87%,磷酸改性花生壳为76%。改性花生壳是一种较高效的重金属离子吸附剂。
Treatment of Cr6+-containing wastewater modified by peanut shell was studied.The influence of adsorption time,amount of modified peanut shell,pH value and initial concentration on its adsorption to Cr6+ in water were examined.The experimental results showed that under the following optimization conditions of adsorption time 100 min,the dosage of modification woodflour 5.0 g/L,pH 2.0,initial concentration 25 mg/L and room temperature,the adsorption rate of Cr6+ could be up to 76%.The results indicated that modified peanut shell was a kind of good and cost effective adsorbent.
