日化级异噻唑啉酮类杀菌防腐剂皮肤刺激实验及其机理的研究 被引量:15

摘要 5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(CMIT):2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(MIT)=3∶1,有效物含量为1.5%~2.5%的高氯比产品(Ⅰ类产品)和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(MIT)含量为9.5%~10.5%的产品(Ⅱ类产品)对家兔的皮肤刺激性实验表明,Ⅰ类产品浓度达到0.2%时,对家兔皮肤有轻刺激性;Ⅱ类产品浓度达到0.8%时,对家兔皮肤有轻刺激性。Ⅰ类产品对家兔皮肤产生轻刺激性的浓度是Ⅱ类产品的4倍。通过对刺激机理的讨论,认为CMIT对皮肤神经细胞的作用是引起皮肤过敏性刺激的根源。 The stimulated skin of flap-eared rabbit was tested by 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothia-zolin-3-one(CMIT) ∶ 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one(MIT)=3 ∶ 1,effective concentration 1.5%~2.5% production of high chlorine ratio(I sort production)and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one(MIT),effective concentration 9.5%~10.5% production(Ⅱsort production).The test results showed Ⅰsort production was little stimulated the skin of flap-eared rabbit when the concentration was 0.2% and Ⅱsort production was little stimulated the skin of flap-eared rabbit when the concentration was 0.8%.The concentration of Ⅰsort production was 4 times of Ⅱsort production about stimulated skin of flap-eared rabbit.By the discussion of stimulating mechanism explained the reason caused the anaphylactic skin stimulated was the action of CMIT to the neuron of skin.
