老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折不同内固定方法的疗效比较 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折不同内固定方法的疗效。方法选择住院治疗的股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折患者100例,随机分为抗旋转髓内钉(PFNA)组和动力髋内钉(DHS)组,分别给予PF-NA和DHS内固定治疗。比较2组的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 PFNA组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、骨折愈合时间均少于DHS组(P<0.05);2组治疗后疼痛评分、功能评分、活动评分及Har-ris髋关节评分总分均较治疗前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PFNA组疼痛评分、功能评分及总分恢复优于DHS组(P<0.05),2组活动范围恢复差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);总并发症发生率DHS组30%高于PFNA组的6%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折可减少创伤,促进患者康复,减少并发症发生。
