自体血栓并股动脉结扎建立有效的大鼠后肢缺血模型 被引量:4

摘要 动物后肢缺血模型广泛应用于血管新生机制及缺血性疾病治疗等方面的研究。1987年,Couffinhal等[1]通过结扎小鼠股动脉及各分支成功建立了后肢缺血模型。随后,基于这一模型的实验方法,研究者又将实验对象扩展到Wistar大鼠、SD大鼠、Lewis大鼠等其他鼠类动物[2-4]。
