摘要
以企业员工为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,收集219份有效问卷,探讨授权型领导对员工创造力影响的作用机制。假设:授权型领导通过心理授权的中介作用影响员工的创造力;员工获得心理授权又通过内在动机的中介作用影响其创造力。研究结果表明:授权型领导通过正向影响心理授权进而提高员工创造力;心理授权在授权型领导与员工创造力之间起到完全中介作用;内在动机在心理授权与员工创造力之间起到部分中介作用。
By adopting the questionnaire survey method,this paper discusses the mechanism of the empowering leadership's impact on staff creativity based on 219 valid questionnaires completed by enterprise employees.Our hypothesis is that the empowering leadership influences staff creativity by the medium of psychological empowering,which in turn influences their creativity by means of their inner motive.The research results are: the empowering leadership enhances staff creativity by positive-influence psychological empowering;psychological empowering acts as a complete medium between leadership and staff creativity;inner motive acts as a partial medium between psychological empowering and staff creativity.
