摘要 以薄板面内振动的纵弯模式直线型超声波电机为目标,对其驱动机理、建模、设计和制作等方面展开研究,设计了全新结构的样机,并对其进行了实验研究与分析。结果表明,电机运行良好,设计达到了预期目标。 This thesis aimed at the realization of the LUM based on Longitudinal-flexural mode, and studied on its model design, simulation, manufacture and experimentation. The following are the chief research work and achievements of this thesis. The motor is a new type of LUM based on the vibration in plane of the thin plate. Some experiments and research work related to the two sample motors, the experimental results show that all performed well, and the expected design objective has been successfully obtained.
