摘要
利用热/力学模拟试验机,对40Cr钢进行了变形温度为950、760、710℃,应变速率为0.1、0.5、10、30 s-1,应变量为0.7的热模拟单向单道次压缩试验。分析了试样热变形后的最大直径、横向最大真应变以及变形过程中的最大应力。结果表明,随着变形温度的降低,应变真应力明显上升,试样变形不均匀程度略有增加;40Cr钢在应变速率为10 s-1及以上时,试样变形不均匀程度明显,且不均匀程度随应变速率的增加而增大。
The hot compressive test for 40Cr steel was carried out on heat/mechanics mould machine.The hot deformation processing parameters are deformation temperature of 950 ℃,760 ℃,710 ℃,strain rate of 0.1,0.5,10,30 s-1,strain of 0.7.The maximum diameter of specimens after hot deformation,horizontal maximum strain and the maximum stress were analyzed.The results indicate that the nonuniformity of specimen deformation is obvious under the strain rate of 10 s-1 and above,uneven deformation level increases with strain rate increasing.
