轴承钢热变形及冷却过程中珠光体相变研究 被引量:1

摘要 以轴承钢GCr15为研究对象,研究了热变形及冷却过程中工艺参数对珠光体组织转变的影响。研究发现:高温变形促进了轴承钢在连续冷却过程中珠光体的转变,随变形量增加,珠光体的开始析出温度升高,珠光体球团直径和片层间距减小;随变形温度降低,珠光体球团直径减小,而珠光体片层间距呈增大趋势;随热变形后连续冷却速度增加,珠光体开始析出温度降低,珠光体球团直径和片层间距减小,冷却速度增大到6℃/s时有退化珠光体生成。 GCr15 bearing steel was used as a researching object.The influences of technology parameters in the process of hot rolling and cooling on pearlite transformation were studied.The research results show that the pearlite transformation is promoted because of high temperature rolling,beginning precipitating temperature of pearlite increases with the increase of deformation,and the pearlite laminar and the diamond of grain is decreased;the diamond of pearlite grain decreases but the laminar increases with the reduce of rolling temperature;with the increase of cooling rate after hot-rolling,beginning precipitating temperature of pearlite reduces,and the pearlite laminar and the diamond of pearlite grain decreases,degenerate pearlite appears along with cooling rate increasing to 6 ℃/s.
