摘要
对34CrNi3Mo螺栓调质后出现纵向裂纹的原因进行宏观和微观分析。结果表明,34CrNi3Mo螺栓原材料存在的严重非金属夹杂及淬火应力导致螺栓开裂。
The longitudinal crack of 34CrNi3Mo bolts piece after quenching and tempering was observed,and the cracking reasons were analysed in macroscopic and microscopic.The results show that the raw materials of 34CrNi3Mo bolt have serious problems of non-metallic inclusions and quenching stress inducing the crack.
