摘要 肯德基和麦当劳的故事 曾以QSC&V标准化享誉全球的麦当劳,一度登上世界500强企业榜首,也让中国人为之感叹外国人的精致和责任感,感叹外国企业名至实归,感叹标准化的威力风靡全球,感叹麦当劳叔叔能一夜间占领小朋友们的心。 McDonald's,once on the world's top 500 companies,is famous for its QSC & V standardization.But in China,KFC is more welcome than McDonald's.Why?It is the personalization.KFC has done the same standardization of McDonald's.The difference is that KFC is adapted to Chinese local conditions.KFC has opened an independent store with the KFC in China,which is the 'East Dawning.' East Dawning shares series of unique Chinese food.To China and into China is the idea of KFC business in China.So standardized and personalized,which one is better? What Chinese business should do? Standardization is the only way for Chinese products and enterprises to enter the world,and occupy the world market.Standardization could save cost,improve productivity and create a good,unified brand and service reputation.Meanwhile,the personalized features is the management strategy of Chinese enterprises,which maintain their own characteristics and establish a unique corporate image and brand in the domestic and international markets.Therefore,only the standardized production and personalized service together is the the right direction for future Chinese enterprises.Only this way can bring more and more good Chinese business which lead the world trend and occupy the world market.
