神经元电生理模型的建模方法

摘要 建立神经元电生理模型是神经科学研究中的一个重要组成部分。神经元电生理模型是从已知的生物物理学数据出发模拟神经元的结构及功能,研究神经元的电生理学特性及信息编码功能。文中对从单个神经元建模到神经元网络建模的方法进行了介绍,并讨论了相关方法的研究进展以及常用建模工具。 Neuronal electrophysiological modeling is an essential part in neuroscience research.Based on the biophysical experimental data,the neuronal models are able to simulate the structure and function of the neuron,and can be used to investigate the electrophysiological characteristics and the information encoding of the neuron.This article reviews the modeling methods from a single neuron to neural network.Also the research progress of different methods and the popular simulation tools are introduced.
