加强人才队伍建设 提升农业科技创新能力

Strengthening the Construction of Talent Team and Promoting the Capacity of Agricultural Technological Innovation

农业科技创新的关键是人才创新,大力加强人才队伍建设,培养现代农业科技创新拔尖人才和领军人才,对农业科研单位科技创新和服务"三农"都起着极其重要的作用。文章对宁夏农林科学院创新人才队伍建设所取得的成效及具体做法进行了总结,并提出了加强领军型人才和青年骨干队伍建设、进一步强化创新团队建设等加强人才队伍建设,提升自主创新能力的对策。

Talent is the key and important carrier to agricultural technological innovation. The construction of talent team plays an important role in improving the capability of science and technology innovation and the service for the three agro-issues. Effect and actual ways of the construction of talent team in Ningxia Academy of Agricuhural and Forestry Sciences Were summarized in the paper. Countermeasures for further strengthening the construction of talent team and boosting initial innovation capability were put forward, such as strengthening the construction of leader type talents and young core talent team, and strengthening construction of innovative team, etc.
