摘要
文章分析了我国现代烟草农业队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,如健全薪金福利和绩效考核制度、塑造优秀的企业文化、强化人才引进工作、为职工提供发展平台、建设学习型的企业、提高烟叶技术人员的综合素质水平、发展现代化烟农队伍等,以期满足现代烟草农业对烟草队伍建设的要求。
The problems of modern tobacco agriculture team construction in China were analyzed in the paper. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward to meet the requirements of team construction of modern tobacco agriculture, such as improving salary and welfare system and performance appraisal, molding excellent enterprise culture, strengthening talent introduction, providing individual development platform, constructing learning type enterprise, promoting comprehensive level of technicians, developing modern tobacco planting team and so on.
