体位性头痛

病历摘要
患者男性，43岁。主因体位性头痛1月余，于2011年4月21日入院。患者入院前1月余无明显诱因出现体位性头痛，表现为下蹲或平卧后站起时头痛加重，平卧时症状减轻或消失，呈后枕部胀痛，发作1～2次，d，每次持续约数分钟，伴鼻塞，无流涕、咳嗽，无发热、盗汗，无视物模糊，无肢体麻木、乏力，无恶心、呕吐。
