教育过程与人紧密相关,正如康德所说,世间只有人需要教育。教育的本质在于"使人成其为人",其目标则是"人的完成"。"人的完成"意味着使人成为社会意义上的存在,获得文化的品格,达到文明的形态(由"野"而"文")。作为实现以上目标的重要前提和条件,教育涉及多重方面,并展开为一个过程。

Education is closely related with man because it is the man who needs education.The essence of education is to change a man into man,namely,man＇s completion,which means that man exists in the context of social significance,reaching the civilized state from ＂wildness＂ to ＂elegance＂.As a premise,education involves in a lot of aspects and is extended as a process.
