元代西部、北部六行省与边疆控驭

元代,陕西、四川、甘肃、云南、岭北、辽阳六行省所肩负的使命可分综领军民、总兵戎、镇护供军三类。六行省在权力结构方面表现为宗王、重臣多方控驭,其拱卫和较直接治理边疆的功能颇为突出。在西部北部边疆的治理控驭诸举措中,六行省是主导力量。由于六行省设置及多维的配套保障,分寄式中央集权在西部北部特定场域下得到了出色发挥与最大限度的优化。六行省还积极实施了西部、北部六七个地域子文明的新整合,这无疑是汉唐以来多民族统一国家疆域开拓和少数民族区域子文明逐渐融入中华多元一体框架的重要步骤。

The main tasks of the six provinces of Shaanxi,Sichuan,Gansu,Yunnan,Lingbei and Liaoyang in the Yuan dynasty were to administer civil and military affairs,soldiers and weapons,guard the local safety and provide the military needs,so their function of managing the affairs of border areas are prominent.The six provinces played a main role in the governing and administering of the northwestern border areas because the centralization of authority was optimized to the maximum.In addition,the six provinces integrated the six or seven sub-civilizations of this region,an important step that makes the national unity and ethnic minorities into the Chinese nation since the Tang dynasty.
