河北省对外投资存在的问题与对策

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures in Hebei's Investment in Foreign Countries

近日,河北省人民政府出台了《关于扩大对外开放加快开放型经济发展的意见》。本文认为,在部署对外投资战略规划指导下,在政府及金融、保险、税务等部门的有力支持下,统筹整合河北省企业优势资源,采用多样化投资模式,以鼓励和支持河北省"边际产业"和"比较优势"产业走出去为重点,巩固壮大对外投资区位,培育强势对外投资产业,是推进今后一段时期河北省对外投资的关键所在。

In 2010,Hebei Provincial People＇s Government made up Suggestions of Widening the Opening up to Foreign Countries and Speeding up the Economic Development.This paper thinks that the predominant resources of Hebei province should be integrated and various patterns should be adopted to encourage and support Hebei＇s enterprises to go abroad under the strong support of government,finance,insurance,tax and other authorities.In addition,the investment regions should be widened,and better enterprises that invest in foreign countries should be strengthened,which are the key to the investment in foreign countries.
