^(131)I-MIBG核素显像与多层螺旋CT对嗜铬细胞瘤的临床诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨间碘苄胍(131I-MIBG)核素显像与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对嗜铬细胞瘤的临床诊断价值。方法:选择45例经手术确诊、临床影像资料完整的嗜铬细胞瘤患者,比较131I-MIBG核素显像与MSCT的诊断价值。结果:131I-MIBG核素显像对嗜铬细胞瘤的检出率为89%(39/44),定性准确率90%(27/30);MSCT为定位检出率94%(46/49),定性准确率85%(34/40)。结论:131I-MIBG核素显像诊断嗜铬细胞瘤有较高的敏感性与特异性,定性准确率高,而MSCT定位准确率更高,二者结合可明显提高诊断的定位与定性。 Objective: To explore the clinical application of 131I-MIBG scintigraphy and MSCT for pheochromocy toma.Methods: 45 pheochromocytoma patients who were confirmed by surgery and had integrate clinical image data were analyzed,the diagnostic value of 131I-MIBG scintigraphy and MSCT was compared.Results: 131I-MIBG scintigraphy for the detected 89%(39/44) of all the pheochromocytoma patients,with a qualitative accuracy of 90%(27/30).MSCT had a positioning accuracy of 94%(46/49),qualitative accuracy of 85%(34/40).Conclusion: 131I-MIBG scintigraphy in detecting pheochromocytoma results in a high sensitivity and specificity and an excellent qualitative accuracy.MSCT has a higher positioning accuracy,a combination of both can significantly improve the diagnostic localization and characterization.
