摘要
目的探讨阴道超声在输卵管妊娠中的诊断价值.方法回顾202例输卵管妊娠患者超声特征并进行分析.结果阴道超声能及时准确地对输卵管妊娠作出诊断,准确率为97.5%,根据声像图特征,可将输卵管妊娠分为胎囊型、包块型和漂浮型.结论阴道超声对输卵管妊娠具有重要的诊断价值.
Objective To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasonic（TVUS）diagnosis in salpingocyesis.Method The ultrasonic features of 202 patients with salpingocyesis were reviewed and analyzed.Results TVUS could be used to diagnose salpingocyesis immediately and accurately,with the accuracy up to 97.5%.Salpingocyesis can be divided into scrotum pregnancy,bag and drifted type,according to the TVUS features.Conclusion TVUS plays a crucial role in diagnosis of salpingocyesis in clinic.
