可吸收内固定材料对颌骨骨折稳固作用的19例临床分析

Application of Absorbable Internal Fixation Materials in 19 Cases of Jaw Fractures Fixation

目的探讨可吸收内固定材料SR-P(L/DL)LA(70/30)在颌骨骨折中的应用.方法于2008年7月至2010年8月,对19例颌骨骨折患者使用可吸收内固定材料SR-P(L/DL)LA(70/30)进行内固定术.结果除1例患者(左下颌颏孔区骨折)出现一块可吸收板断裂取出外,其余病例切口均一期愈合,骨折固定稳定,咬合关系良好.结论可吸收内固定材料SR-P(L/DL)LA(70/30)在颌骨骨折的复位固定中,能提供足够的稳定和固位,是颌骨骨折内固定材料的一个发展方向.

Objective To explore the application of absorbable internal fixation materials SR-P（L/DL）LA（70/30）in the jaw fractures.Method From July 2008 to August 2010,19 patients with maxillofacial fractures patients were treated by using absorbable internal fixation materials for fixation.Results Most cases of facial fracture gained satisfactory effects.All the incisions closed up in stage I.Ideal occlusion and stable fixed were gained in most patients,except for one plate fixed in mandibular body appeared disjunction and been removed outside.Conclusion In jaw frecture fixation,absorbable internal fixation materials SR-P（L/DL）LA（70/30）can guarantee stable fixation,and will be a well development direction in the jaw fracture fixation.
