摘要
目的研究人体间接测量的方法 ,为进行大规模的人体测量提供一种快速、简便和准确的新方法。方法对身高、上肢长、下肢长、面宽、肩宽、髂前上棘间宽等6项指标进行活体直接测量和间接测量,并进行数据的统计分析。结果 6项指标的直接测量值和间接测量值之间均具有良好的相关关系(P<0.001),回归系数的t检验提示回归系数有意义(P<0.001),直接测量值和归回估计值之间的配对t检验提示两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.90)。结论人体间接测量方法具有非接触性、高效、快速、准确等优点,可用于部分测量指标的测量。
Objective To investigate indirect human body measurement and to provide a new,rapid,convenient and precise way to large-scale human body measurement.Methods Six indexes such as stature,upper extremity length,lower extremity length,bizygomatic breadth,shoulder breadth and spinal breadth were measured directly and indirectly,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The data of the six indexes achieved from direct and indirect measurement were correlated satisfactorily(P〈0.001),and there was favorable linear relationship between the data of direct and indirect measurements.Student-t test showed the regression coefficients were of significance(P〈0.001).The matched-pairs t test of the data from direct measure and regressive estimate indicate there were no significant difference(P〉0.90).Conclusions Indirect human body measurement which has advantages as non-contact,rapid,high yield,and precise,could be used in some indexes of human body measurement.
