摘要
目的利用CTA三维重建技术,探讨中国女性髂内动脉的解剖学分型及特点。方法选取2009年8月至2010年10月在我院妇科住院并行盆腔CTA扫描的连续患者170例,获取其CTA原始数据集,利用Mimics10.01软件构建其盆腔动脉血管网三维数字化模型,参照Yamaki等的分型标准对髂内动脉进行分型并进行对比分析。结果成功地构建了所有患者的盆腔动脉血管网三维数字化模型并对其髂内动脉进行了分型。A型(髂内动脉分为臀上动脉及臀下阴部干两支)及B型(髂内动脉分为阴部内动脉及臀干两支)在中国女性中最常见,分别占70.3%(239/340)和27.6%(94/340);C型(臀上动脉、臀下动脉及阴部内动脉以三叉的形式从髂内动脉同时发出)仅占2.1%(7/340),未见D型(髂内动脉分为臀下动脉及臀上阴部干两支)。其中,68.8%(117/170)的女性双侧髂内动脉分型相同。中国女性髂内动脉各分型所占比例与Yamaki等所报道的日本人数据相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.941,P=0.047)。结论基于CTA的三维重建技术是研究女性髂内动脉分型的好方法,中国女性髂内动脉的解剖学分型存在一定的特点。
Objective to explore the anatomical classification and characteristics of Chinese female internal iliac artery based on computed tomographic angiography.Methods The original computed tomographic angiography datasets of 170 consecutive in-patients were collected in the Gynecology Department of Nanfang Hospital,Southern Medical University from August 2009 to October 2010,input the datasets into the mimics 10.01 software to reconstruct the 3D pelvic arterial network.The internal iliac arteries were classified according to Yamaki et al and compared with Japanese data.Results All of the internal iliac arteries(n=340) were reconstructed and classified successfully.Group A and group B were the most common types in Chinese women,accounting for 70.3%(239/340) and 27.6%(94/340) respectively.Group C accounted for only 2.1%(7/340) and no group D was found.The anatomical classification of bilateral internal iliac artery were identical in 68.8%(117/170) of the women studied.Compared with Japanese classification data,the difference was statistically significant(?字2=7.941,P=0.047).Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction technology based on computed tomographic angiography is a good method to study the anatomic typing and characteristic of iliac artery.
