摘要
文章指出中国能源国际战略的改革与调整的六个方面,即:资源控制与权益分享的合理定位,政府支持与市场操作的优势整合,现货供应与能源金融的双重保障,陆上开发与经略海洋的战略综合,双边合作与多边协商的双管齐下,利益诉求与责任意识的全面提升。
In this paper,author emphasizes six issues on the reform and adjustment of international energy strategy of China.First,the logical orientation of resources control and profits share;second,the advantage fusion of government's support and market's act;third,the dual insurance of energy finance and spot supply;fourth,the strategic integration of exploitation in land and ocean;fifth,the integration of bilateral cooperation and multilateral consultation;six,the promotion of interests requirement and responsibility consciousness.
