摘要
建立挖掘机斗杆各铰点在任意姿态下的受力数学模型。在Pro/E软件的草绘模块中绘制挖掘机工作装置的二维模型,并利用其尺寸驱动功能模拟工作装置各个铰点任意姿态下的位置关系。通过测量、计算得出斗杆在指定工况下各铰点受力情况。利用这一方法对詹阳动力重工有限公司某型挖掘机斗杆进行了有限元分析。
A load calculation model of excavator stick hinge was established for various gesture . Analysing the location of working mechanism's points 'after the two dimension model of working mechanism was created with CAD software Pro/E. By calculating and measuring,the force that was exerted on the stick' s points had been obtained under specified condition . With application to jonyang excavator , the stick was analysed with the finite element analysis method.
