摘要
介绍半桥LLC谐振变换器的工作原理,根据基波分析法(FHA)对LLC谐振网络进行了建模。并对半桥LLC谐振变换器的特性进行了分析。半桥LLC谐振变换器以其具有较高的功率密度和平滑的电磁干扰信号,而且解决方案元器件数量少,性价比高等优点被广泛应用于中高输出电压变换器。这种拓扑结构适合于负载输出较宽开关频率较高的应用。
The principle of LLC half-bridge resonant converter and the characters of output gain was analyzed. The equivalent circuit of LLC half-bridge resonant was made by first harmonic approximation (FHA) method. LLC half-bridge resonant has the advantages of higher operation frequency,lower switching loss,wider range of input voltage,higter efficiency and so on. Just with these advantages,it can be widely used in the case of high switching frequecncy.
