摘要
钛合金具有比强度高、耐蚀性好、耐热性高及良好的生物相容性等优点,被广泛应用于航空航天,船舶制造,生物医学等领域,但其硬度低,粘着磨损敏感,表面耐疲劳和耐磨损性能差等缺点使其应用受到限制。本文综合评述了表面强化技术在钛合金中的应用现状、存在的问题及研究进展。
Titanium alloy is characterized with high specific strength,super corrosion resistance,high thermostability,good biocompatibility ,widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding, biological medicine, etc, While the practical application is restricted due to its shortcomings such as low hardness,sensitive to adhesive wear,poor wearing and fatigability. The application situation, current questions and research prospects of surface strengthening technology for titanium alloys are summarized in this paper.
