160例老年痴呆患者牙齿脱落情况分析

The situation analysis of teeth dorp in 160 patients with dementia

目的通过对老年痴呆患者与健康人牙齿脱落情况进行对比分析,为老年痴呆提供口腔预防依据。方法设老年痴呆组(A组)和对照组(B组),由口腔专业医生检查和记录两组受试者的失牙数量及义齿修复情况,作统计学处理。结果 A组失牙均数明显高于B组(P<0.05);除尖牙外,A组在不同牙位的失牙均数明显多于B组(P<0.05);B组安装义齿的例数明显多余A组(P<0.05)。结论牙齿脱落可能是老年痴呆的危险因素之一,义齿修复可能有助于改善大脑供血。

Objective Through comparing the teeth lose cases between patients with senile dementia and the normal,to provide the basis of oral disease prevention of the Alzheimer′s disease patients.Methods The experimental group（group A） and the control group（group B） were set up.The condition of denture cases and the amount of tooth loss of each group were checked by the professional dentists,and the data was analyzed by statistical method.Results Average amount of tooth loss of group A was significantly higher than that of group B（P0.05）.Except the canine,the amount of tooth loss of each tooth category in group A was significantly higher than that of group B（P0.05）.The amount of denture installation cases of group B was significantly higher than that of group A（P0.05）.Conclusion Tooth loss is probably one of the risk factors that lead to senile dementia;denture cases are helpful in improving the blood supply in brains.
