α-玉米赤霉醇对骨质疏松性骨折大鼠骨代谢因子的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的研究α-玉米赤霉醇(α-ZAL)对骨质疏松性骨折大鼠骨代谢因子的影响。方法建立绝经后骨质疏松性骨折大鼠模型,给予雌激素及不同浓度的α-ZAL灌胃,并于灌胃给药治疗5周后,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定骨钙素(BGP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)的表达。结果模型组大鼠的BGP、TRAP的阳性表达明显升高(P<0.05);中、低剂量的α-ZAL可使大鼠的BGP、TRAP的阳性表达明显下降(P<0.05),而高剂量α-ZAL的干预效果不显著(P>0.05)。结论α-ZAL对PMOP大鼠具有降低BGP、TRAP的阳性表达,促进骨折愈合的作用。
