摘要
选取交口县的公务员为研究样本,着重分析了交口县公务员薪酬激励制度的缺点和不足。结合激励机制的基本理论,探讨如何建立科学、合理的公务员薪酬激励机制,增强公务员对公共部门的责任感,充分激发公务员工作的积极性、主动性和创造性。
This paper takes civil servants of Jiaokou county for example to study weaknesses and shortcomings of civil service pay incen tive systems. By combining the basic theory of incentive mechanism, it explores how to establish the scientific and rational civil service pay incentive mechanism, strengthen the sense of responsibility of the civil service in the public sector, and fully arouse the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the civil service work.
