摘要
青年创业需要从内因和外因两个方面来分析,内因包括自身素质、个人激情、创业方案、创业资金等;外因涵盖着外部创业环境、政府的扶持政策、社会各界的帮扶、创业前辈的引导,以及其它有益于青年创业的平台等。内因是青年创业成功与否的关键,外因在很大程度上影响着青年创业的走向。通过从创业环境、创业理论、创业政策、创业资金、创业平台等方面入手谈如何加强服务引导,以促进青年创业。
The youth engineering needs to be analysed from internal and external factors. The internal factors include self quality, individual passion, engineering project and engineering fund, etc. the external factors include outer engineering environment, support policy of government, support from the all walks of life, the guidance of engineering seniors and platform advantageous to youth engineering. The internal factors determine the success of youth engineering while the external factors influence the direction of youth engineering to a great extent. This paper discusses how to strengthen service guidance to promote youth engineering in terms of engineering environment, engineering theory, engineering policy, engineering fund, and engineering platform.
