大学生的就业能力是一种综合素质,应全面协调地发展,不能出现明显的"短板"。这种综合素质主要由以下四项素质组成:专业素质、职业素质、文化素质、心理素质。高校应搞好生涯规划指导,搞好专业课程的教学,科学设置通识课程、人文课程,开展有益的校园文化活动,搞好就业和创业指导,做好心理教育工作,以培养学生良好的综合素质。

Abstract： College students＇employment ability is a kind of comprehensive quality and should be developed in a concerted way. Such comprehensive quality consists of the following parts： specialty quality, vocational quality, cultural quality, psychology. Colleges and universities should do a good job in career planning guidance and the teaching of special courses, scientifically set up general curriculum, humanity curriculum, carry out helpful garden culture activities and do psychological education work so as to foster students＇good comprehensive quality.
