摘要 THGEM是一种新型的具有计数率高、抗辐射、高增益和相对价廉等优点的气体探测器。采用适合实时记录多路多次信号累积效应的直流读出模式的THGEM探测系统测量了X射线的绝对强度及其相对强度的二维空间分布,并对多路成像效应进行了初步的探索。 THGEM is a new type of gas detector with such merits as high counting rate,anti-radiation,high gain and relatively low cost.The THGEM detector system in direct current readout mode with the real time recording accumulated signals in multi-channels was used to measure the absolute intensity and two dimensional distribution.In addition,preliminary investigations were carried out on the multi-channel image effect.
