摘要
采用IED-2000能量色散X射线荧光仪测量化探样品,并对获得的仪器谱进行散射本底扣除和直接解调谱线重建,获得W的Lα特征X射线全能峰净峰面积,从而实现W含量的测量。对同一批化探样品进行室内波长色散X射线荧光分析和野外X射线荧光分析,其分析结果对比表明对能量色散X射线荧光仪进行谱线处理后,可以在野外现场对W元素实现半定量分析,为野外现场W元素测量提供了方法。
The background estimated by FFT and the direct demodulation method are applied to Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence analysis(EDXRF).The method is used to calibrate the X-ray fluorescence analyzer which measures content of Tungsten,getting the coefficients.The X-ray fluorescence analyzer is used to analyze the content of Tungsten in the geochemical exploration samples.The result from the x-ray fluorescence analyzer is close to the result from the wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer.So used background estimated by FFT and the direct demodulation method,the x-ray fluorescence analyzer can be used to analyze the content of Tungsten in the geochemical exploration samples.
