摘要 介绍了基于LabVIEW软件开发平台设计的一套光伏电站发电设备温度实时监测系统。系统通过对光伏组件温度和环境温度的监测,不仅能为光伏电站安全稳定运行提供保障,还能为光伏发电量的预测提供依据;系统还可以实时监测防雷汇流箱、并网逆变器和变压器的温度、变压器运行状态、故障信息等,及时掌握工作现场发电设备运行情况,从而有效降低发电系统的故障率。系统实际应用于内蒙古神舟电力土左旗5MW光伏电站,运行效果良好,实现了预期的目标和要求,提高了光伏电站的自动化水平。 A temperature monitoring system of generating equipments in PV plant based on LabVIEW was designed.By monitoring the temperature of PV modules and environment,it not only provide safety and stability for operation of PV plant,but also supply strong ground for predicting the generation.And the temperature of the confluence boxes,grid inverters and transformers,the operation status and fault information are all monitored timely by this system,which make operators can master the performance of equipments on-site clearly and promptly,and then reduce the failure rate of PV power generation system.This system has been applied in 5 MW PV plant that located in Inner Mongolia.Up to now its operation effect is well,and it has realized the objectives and requirements expected,finally improved the automation level in photovoltaic power station greatly.
