摘要
在轴类机械零件加工过程中,对于轴线直线度的适时准确快速测量能够提高加工成品率,减少材料浪费。介绍了基于时间飞行法的轴类零件轴线直线度误差测量系统能够快速获取轴线零件表面点云数据,然后采用最小二乘法方便地对点云进行拟合和理论轴线计算,从而快速得出直线度误差。经过实验验证,该方案有很好的精度和重复性。
During the process of machining axis mechanical component,promptly and precisely acquiring the straightness accuracy of the axis is of great importance to improve the productivity and reduce the scrap rate of raw material.This paper introduces a novel measurement system based on Time-of-flight theory,which can be used to get the profile of the object to be fast measured,the least squares method for circle fitting and the way to get the straightness accuracy.In the end,the feasibility and the repeatability of the system are verified by times of laboratory experiments.
