摘要
在"十二五"规划中海洋工程装备列为国家重点发展的产业之一。要振兴海洋工程装备产业,主要从三个方面实现关键技术的突破,一是海洋钻井平台技术;二是海洋钻井船、工程作业船及辅助船的技术;三是关键系统和配套设备技术。
The oceanographic engineering equipment are listed as national priority industrial project in ＂twelfth-five years plan＂.To promote the oceanographic engineering equipment industry,we must realize the key technical breakthrough from three aspects;first,offshore drilling platform technology;Second,sea drilling ship,engineering work ship and auxiliary ship＇s technology;Third,key systematic and supplementary equipment technology.
