摘要
精密滚珠丝杠在机床上广泛得以应用,其安装要求也是比较严格的。生产过程中,因安装的丝杠零件加工误差造成的超差、使零件报废的事情时有发生。介绍了一例轴承座同心度超差可能造成零件报废的实例,并且介绍了用现有的普通机床、加上简单的工艺改进,使问题得以巧妙解决的过程。
Precision ball screws are widely applied to machine tools at present and its installation requirement is strict.The parts are often disabled,because they are installed in error during the production process.This article provides an example that the concentricity of bearing block which is out of tolerance causes the part to be disabled and the way in which simple craft improvement is used to solve the existing problem.
