摘要
氧化铁皮是影响轧钢表面品质的重要因素之一。氧化烧损率也是评价加热炉重要指标之一。通过分析轧钢加热过程中氧化铁皮的形成原因及主要影响因素,提出预防措施,提高加热炉的加热品质。
Oxidized scale is one of the important factors which influences the steel surface quality.Oxygenation loss rate is one of important indexes evaluating reheating furnace.Through analysis of oxidized scale formation reasons and the major influence factor during the steel rolling heating process,this paper puts forward the preventive measures and makes an improvement on the quality of the heating furnace.
