摘要
借助于Pro/E,ANSYS等工程软件,建立起带有加工误差的内齿轮副啮合模型,并在此基础上分析了加工误差对其承载能力的影响。分析表明该影响随载荷增加而变化,且情况较为复杂,同时揭示齿轮修形相对来讲对于提高承载能力具有更为重要的意义。
The gear pair model with machining errors is constructed based on the software such as Pro/E and ANSYS,and on this basis,the analysis of influence of the machining errors on the bearing capability is carried out.The analysis results show that the said influence varies with the increase of load and the variation is complex,and however,as compared with the machining errors,the tooth profile modification is more important.
