摘要
万向节用于开窗作业主要起传递扭矩和轴向载荷作用,十字轴属万向节易断裂零件。利用有限元数值模拟方法,对十字轴受扭矩载荷进行分析,发现十字轴的应力集中现象主要集中在十字轴轴径有落差和两轴相贯的地方。通过对十字轴中间毛坯进行结构改进,并加大轴颈根部圆弧尺寸,发现应力集中现象得到明显改善,可有效提高十字轴可靠性。
Universal joint acts on transfering torque and axial load.Cross axle is the easy damaged part in the universal joint.This paper uses finite element method to simulate the torque load of cross axle and finds the main stress concentrated in the junction of two axes.Through improving the middle of blank structure,and increasing the arc root size of journal,the stress concentration and the reliability of cross-axis are significantly improved.
