摘要
设计了线缆卷绕机的控制系统。该系统以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心,还包括触摸屏、变频器、伺服驱动器/伺服电动机等部件。卷绕时,PLC根据设定值通过放线变频器控制放线速度,通过张力调节控制绕线变频器实现绕线与放线同步,排线由伺服电动机根据绕线速度协调完成。设备使用表明:系统运行平稳,卷绕紧密、美观,避免了叠线,塌边等现象,生产效率高,应用前景广阔。
A control system for cable winding machine is designed.This system consists of PLC,touch panel,frequency converter,servo driver/servo motor and so on.According to the set value,the loading speed is controlled by PLC with loading frequency converter.Using winding frequency converter,the winding speed is synchronized with the loading speed through tension control.The cable traversing is completed coordinately by servomotor in terms of the winding speed.Application results indicate that the system operates smoothly;the cable winding is completed tightly and nicely with high efficiency.
