摘要
文章介绍了生产管理信息系统的建设和应用,使公司生产管理模式发生了转变,为建设现代化公司提供了技术支撑。通过对业务流程全面梳理,使生产系统各级人员理清了生产业务管理工作思路,规范了业务流程,达到了工作流程简单有效,提高了工作效率。
The paper introduces development and application of Production Management Information System（PMIS）,it makes production management mode change in Qinghai Electric Power Corporation,and provides technical support for constructing modern corporation.Through trimming operation flow,the working thread of production system staffs have been reorganized,and operation flow has been regulated,thus it improves working efficiency.
