摘要
设计了一种利用装甲车辆排气引射冷空气进入,实现排气降温的红外抑制器。利用FLUENT软件分别对该抑制器具有一次、二次和三次引射通道的结构进行仿真计算,比较了它们的总引射系数,确定二次引射结构最佳。在实验台上对二次引射结构进行了实验测试,研究了工作流体流量和温度对二次引射的红外抑制器引射系数的影响,比较了一次引射与二次引射装置的性能,验证了二次引射装置性能的优越性。
A kind of infrared suppressor which uses armored vehicle exhaust to eject cold air to decrease the temperature was designed.The performance of the suppressor with one,two and three ejector channels,respectively,was simulated with FLUENT software.The total ejector coefficients were analyzed and compared for the three channel constructions.It was found that two-eject channel suppressor was the best.The two-eject channel suppressor was tested experimentally.The flow rate and temperature of the working fluid influencing on its ejector coefficient were researched.The performances of one-ejector and two-ejector channel suppressors were compared.The superiority of two-ejector channel suppressor was verified further.
