摘要 一、问题提出 自我决策是个人有目的地从事自我规范和管理行为的技能、知识和信念的总和,其中包括五个基本要素:了解自己、评价自己、计划、行动以及经验的结果和学习。前两个要素强调个体内部机制,是自我决定的基础;计划和行动是在这一基础上采取行动所需要的技能,
