随着洋山深水港建设和营运的快速发展,港区集疏运问题已日益凸显,如何有效地、根本地解决这一瓶颈问题,是上海国际航运中心进一步发展的战略重点问题之一。文中从港口运输结构布局上考虑进一步研究开展海铁联运模式,寻找现模式运作以来发展速度明显过慢的原因,提出若干改进的措施和建议,以有效提高上海洋山深水港揽货能力和扩大腹地箱源占有率。

With the Yangshan deep water port construction and operation of the rapid development of port collection and distribution problem has become increasingly prominent,and how effectively,a fundamental solution to this bottleneck is the further development of Shanghai international shipping center of the strategic focus of the problem one.Text structure and layout of the transport from the port to consider carrying out further research sea-rail transport modes,to find the pace of development since the current mode of operation was too slow,and proposes a number of improvement measures and recommendations to improve Shanghai Yangshan deep water port capacity and expanding canvassing hinterland of the box source share.
