Reasonable and effective control of procurement costs,has been subjected to companies and academics,it is also the key been Stand out in the competition market.Based on recent research on procurement costs of the journal literature,begin with the starting position and role of procurement costs,discusses the company＇s approach to reduce procurement costs and the problem used faced,combined with my own work,summarize some suggestions to further promote the enterprises and reduce procurement costs,improve economic efficiency and thus achieve long-term development.Aimed to improve companies efficiency and promote the development of the same sort of industry.
