面对全球化市场竞争激烈的形势,降低采购成本是零售业有效降低企业总成本,提高利润的一种重要手段。文中通过对我国零售业及零售业物流现状的了解,分析影响我国零售业采购成本的因素,探讨了如何降低我国零售业的采购成本,达到提高零售业经济效益的目的。

In facing with the situation of severe competition within the global market,reducing procurement cost is an important method of retail business in effectively reducing the total cost of company（s）,and raising its revenue.In the paper,a general review of the retail business and the current situation of its logistic in China were made to analyze the factors in influencing its procurement cost,and discuss the way on how to reduce its procurement cost,in order to reach the objective in raising the economic benefit of retail business.
